- Players are evaluated on lacrosse skill set, lacrosse IQ, positional speed & agility, coachability, and alignment with the program's core values (Leadership, Effort, Accountability, Passion and Integrity).
- Bay Area Lacrosse Academy (BALA) teams are comprised of players who need more coaching and development in the sport before playing at the elite level.
- Select teams are comprised of high-level players with the skill set and attitude to play at an elite level.
- National Select teams are comprised of elite-level players who are looking for out-of-state competition and recruiting showcases.
- Once my player makes the team, could she move up or down a level?
- Yes! Palms LC coaches send out development plans throughout the season. If a coach feels like a player needs to be moved around based on those development plans we will have a conversation with the player and their family to make it happen.
