What to Expect at Palms
Green to Blue Theory with Development Plans
Here at Palms, one of our goals is to develop each of our players so that they reach their individual goals and move up to be on highly, competitive teams. To help us accomplish this, our coaches are tasked with delivering 4-6 development plans per season, for each of their players. These written assessments provide each athlete personalized feedback and support that the coaches feel are things that are being done well, along with areas that could use some improvement. Our coaches deliver these development plans and track each athletes' progress.
At the end of the season, our hope is that with these development plans, our coaches will have helped each athlete reach their goals and hopefully they will make the jump to a more competitive Palms team for the next season! Our development plans are a huge differentiator that sets us a part from other local lacrosse teams.
Programming Packages
Palms LC offers different packages to meet every athletes needs. Our packages include opportunities for our players to continue developing outside of practice and through the off-season.

Seasonal Outline
At Palms, we categorize our seasons into Spring, Summer and Fall. For each season, you can expect them to include the same high-level coaching for each team, competitive games, and our personalized development plans.
Spring Clinics
- Runs February - April
- Weekly clinic-style practices that focus on sharping fundamentals and lacrosse IQ.
- Designed to support our youth programs and high school athletes get ready for their school season.
Summer Season
- Runs April - June/July* (depends on team)
- 2 -3 practices per week (depending on team)
- 1 - 4 tournaments/ showcases (depending on team)
Fall Season
- Runs September - December
- 2 - 3 practices per week (depending on team)
- 1 - 4 tournaments/ showcases (depending on team)
