Teams & Program Staff

The National Select track is designed for players who are college recruitment ready or recruitment-bound. This track is offered to our most competitive players who are dedicated to getting in front of college coaches and playing with the best of the best this region has to offer.

This track has the most practices of all of our teams, practicing 2-3 times per week for about 3 months per season; plus off-season training and development, which makes it a yearly commitment.

This track has 4 showcases/tournaments per season, most of which are out of state.

The Select track is similar to the National Select track, still offering a great level of competition and a high place of play in practices, however, it is geared towards a) getting your player to the level of National Select or b) a player who is competitive and wants great instruction to prepare for the High School season.

The seasons are slightly shorter, however, still offers 2-3 practices per week. This track typically participates in 3 tournaments per season and is offered A La Carte options for further off-season training and longer seasons.

Introducing our new track, the Bay Area Lacrosse Academy! Tailored for newcomers to the sport, it focuses on shooting accuracy, power, and stick handling. With structured training sessions 2 times per week, over a 2 month season, players will refine skills like ground ball pickups and stick protection.

Participation in 1 end-of-season tournament is included, with opportunities to earn a spot on the Select Team roster through consistent effort and performance.
